Each Monarch Can Crusher is built to order. Our current lead time is 7–10 business days for manufacturing before shipping begins.

LIMITED WARRANTY

TROYER BROTHERS, INC., manufacturer of the Monarch Power Can Crusher, warrants products of their manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months after purchase by the end-user.

During this warranty period, TROYER BROTHERS, INC.’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at TROYER BROTHERS, INC.’s option, of such product which may prove defective, provided that the product is returned, transportation costs prepaid, to TROYER BROTHERS, INC., Decatur, Indiana.

In no event shall TROYER BROTHERS, INC. be liable for consequential or special damages or for transportation, or other expenses which shall arise in connection with such product. This warranty covers only defects in material or workmanship in normal use and does not cover damages resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, lack of responsible care, alteration, or other unreasonable use.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TROYER BROTHERS, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

TROYER BROTHERS, INC. reserves the right to make changes in products manufactured and/or sold by them at any time without obligation to make similar changes on products previously sold. No other representations or warranties shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an executive officer of TROYER BROTHERS, INC.

Always contact Troyer Brothers before returning any item for warranty consideration. Authorization is required for all returns.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, provided they have not been customized.

Custom orders (including laser engraving, powder coating, or other requested modifications) are final upon placement and cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Returns:

We accept non-warranty returns within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.

You are welcome to operate the product during this period to evaluate its performance and suitability. However, returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been modified or customized (by us or by the customer).
  • The product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

To initiate a return, you must contact us directly to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Process:

  • Upon approval, we will coordinate return shipping on your behalf using our trusted carrier.
  • We will arrange pickup of the product from your location.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced to you after the return is processed.
  • We recommend ensuring safe access for carrier pickup and preparing the product for freight shipping to avoid damage.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Product must be in good, operable condition.
  • Product must be secured in its original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging, to prevent damage in transit.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customized products (laser engraved, powder coated, or otherwise personalized by us or by the customer).
  • Products damaged beyond normal use evaluation.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable fees and shipping charges.

Please Note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products returned without prior authorization or using unapproved shipping methods will not be eligible for a refund.
