Return & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment, provided they have not been customized.
Custom orders (including laser engraving, powder coating, or other requested modifications) are final upon placement and cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Returns:
We accept non-warranty returns within 14 days of the customer’s receipt of the product.

You are welcome to operate the product during this period to evaluate its performance and suitability.
However, returns will not be accepted if:

- The product has been modified or customized (by us or by the customer).
- The product is damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.

To initiate a return, you must contact us directly to request a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Process:

- Upon approval, we will coordinate return shipping on your behalf using our trusted carrier.
- We will arrange pickup of the product from your location.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be invoiced to you after the return is processed.
- We recommend ensuring safe access for carrier pickup and preparing the product for freight shipping to avoid damage.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Product must be in good, operable condition.
- Product must be secured in its original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging, to prevent damage in transit.

Non-Returnable Items:

- Customized products (laser engraved, powder coated, or otherwise personalized by us or by the customer).
- Products damaged beyond normal use evaluation.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable fees and shipping charges.

Please Note:

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Products returned without prior authorization or using unapproved shipping methods will not be eligible for a refund.
